These are the terms for a plan we make for you. The plan is free.

You cannot ask for a plan yet. These are the terms that will apply once you can.

Who makes the plan

What the plan is

A plan for a trip to Seoul around skin care or hair. For each day it sets out salons, spas, jjimjilbang and hanbok shops from the ones we know, and it suggests where to stay, where to eat and which flights make sense for where you are flying from. It is prepared automatically from your answers, and one of us checks it.

It is free. Asking for one costs nothing and commits you to nothing.

When you get it

One of us checks your plan, and we email you that it is ready, within 48 hours of you confirming your email address.

We make the plan from your answers. If your dates or anything else change before we send it, write to us.

What the plan is, and what it is not

The plan is information. We do not book, reserve or pay for anything for you, and no money for any salon, spa or shop passes through us. You book and pay each place yourself, and what you agree with a place is between you and that place.

Places change their prices, hours and services without telling us, so check with a place before you rely on what the plan says about it.

Nothing in a plan is medical. We give no medical advice, and no plan includes a clinic or a medical procedure.

Changing your mind

There is nothing to cancel, because nothing is bought. If you no longer want the plan, write to us and we stop working on it. The privacy policy says how to have what you told us deleted.

If something goes wrong

We are liable without limit for harm we cause deliberately or through gross negligence, and for injury to life, body or health. Otherwise we are liable only for breaking a duty the plan depends on, and then only for the harm that is typical and foreseeable for an agreement like this one.

Which law applies

German law applies. If you are a consumer living in another country, you keep the protection of that country's law wherever it cannot be set aside by agreement.

If these terms change

A plan is under the terms on this page on the day you asked for it. If they change, the date at the top moves, and the change does not reach back to a plan already asked for.
